In 2022, the Lohanaissance will formally begin. Lindsay Lohan is back in the public eye owing to a new podcast, new movies, and

a new spouse after years of controversy and failing reality TV series (RIP Lindsay Lohan's Beach Club).

On Saturday, Lohan celebrated her 36th birthday with a casual Instagram post in which she disclosed

that she and Bader Shammas had wed seven months after she originally announced their engagement.

She wrote, "I am the luckiest woman in the world," alongside a photo of Shammas and herself that appeared to be taken while they were on vacation.

You found me and recognised my desire to pursue both grace and pleasure. It amazes me that you are my husband. My life, my entire being.

This should be an everyday occurrence for every woman, she continued.

Unknown is the precise date of Lohan and Shammas' wedding. Since she revealed her engagement in November of last year,

Lohan has kept her wedding planning a secret. Her Instagram account suggests that the couple had some sort of engagement celebration in March.

(Or perhaps they posed with a huge "She said yes" cake for some other reason.) In addition, she stated in a February interview with Extra that her wedding would be

"low-key" and that she wanted to make sure "everyone else was fine so that I could be okay" even on her birthday. She said nothing more, though.

So, when was the wedding exactly? Was her birthday when they said their vows? Was the Extra interview a prelude all along?

Sadly, no other information has been confirmed, thus the only thing we know about Lohan is that she is now married and one year older.

Perhaps she's keeping them a secret until after the December debut of her first romantic comedy on Netflix, Falling for Christmas,

when the eagerly awaited comeback press tour will take place. Or maybe she'll reveal everything in a later episode of her podcast, The Lohdown.

Regarding the Lohanissaince, there doesn't seem to be a ceiling.
